Come down to Aesthetic Alternatives Art Studio and learn how to work with one of nature's most fascinating media, clay! Teaching artist, Dawn Malosh will demonstrate basic ceramic sculpting techniques in her art studio in Sherwood. This class is designed to allow participants to use their imaginations along with newly learned art techniques in order to make their own one-of-a-kind creation. All works will be fired by Aesthetic Alternatives Studio at no extra cost. RSVP by phone required. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. Aesthetic Alternatives Art Studio is located in Sherwood, Maryland, just 15 minutes on highway 33 from St. Michaels, and 5 minutes from Tilghman Island. When traving South on 33, make a left on Sherwood main road after you see the sign for Sherwood. The studio is in the large green-roofed building on the left. It is right next to the Post Office on the south end of the building. The address is 7689 Sherwood Road.

Learn how to draw and paint animals using the techniques that professional artists use. Realistic drawing and painting techniques will be taught by a professional artist and art educator, Dawn Malosh. Materials included in the fee. RSVP and pre-registration (form below) required.

Registration and payment must be received 3 days prior to class day. RSVP by phone required. All workshops are subject to cancellation by Outside Art Lessons. Any cancellations by Outside Art programs will be refunded. Last minute cancellations on the part of parents are non-refundable and non-transferrable. There are no refunds or prorated fees for absences.
